Chieftain Center Officially Becomes a Reality with Construction Underway
District
Submitted by: Dani Bell

Chieftain Center News -

Since the well-attended Chieftain Center Groundbreaking Ceremony, held in April, the construction progress has been steadfast, even with the unpredictable weather. A drive by Logan High School will likely surprise the eye, as the construction fencing provides a near actual size visual of what is to come with the center.

The Athletic Boosters have currently raised $1,318,598 in donations, pledges, grants and fundraisers for the Chieftain Center and are committed to raising at least $2 million toward the total construction cost of the facility. The Boosters welcome the chance to share information on the project and opportunities for businesses, groups and individuals to support this worthwhile campaign. Please contact Kristi Brooks for additional information: 740-503-0026.

Brooks stated, Its so exciting to see the project get underway! Even though we are just in the excavation phase of the Chieftain Center, the construction site gives us a visual for the size of the building and the magnitude of what we are creating.

The Chieftain Athletic Boosters & the Logan-Hocking School District extend a sincere thank you to the most recent supporters of the Chieftain Center:
